Renuka is an executive coach and leadership consultant who works with individuals and organizations seeking to thrive in the global business environment. She brings to her clients a range of business experience in the United States and India, from management consulting and banking to working with startups and small companies. Renuka currently serves on the coaching team for several executive education programs at a leading business school where she works with senior and mid-level executives from around the world. She is also an executive coach for the Social Innovation Forum. Renuka coaches clients in a variety of areas, including: transition to new responsibilities, taking on global roles, cultural adaptation, managing multi-cultural teams, effective communication, career path strategizing. As a facilitator, Renuka works with executive teams who want to improve the way they work together. Topics include: promoting open and honest dialog to uncover roadblocks; creating team vision and values; changing behaviors to thrive in global working environments. Renuka holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Biology (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Harvard College. She did her coach training with Results Coaching Systems and Coach For Life, and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) of which she is also a member. Renuka is certified in Hogan assessments and the Leadership Circle Profile. She has served on the boards of the United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF), best known for its Fulbright program, and the American Embassy School (AES) in New Delhi, India. She currently serves on the board of the Boston chapter of Pratham, a charitable organization providing educational services to underprivileged youth in India.

As Director of Operations, Emily leads key business functions to drive efficiency and support strategic growth at Paravis Partners. She manages operational processes, administration, vendor relations, and coach/client onboarding while optimizing internal workflows. Emily also drives business development efforts and oversees website management, social media strategies, and special initiatives, including marketing campaigns, book launches, and the Coaching Real Leaders podcast community. Emily previously managed marketing initiatives at U.S.News & World Report, including their website and educational products such as the America’s Best Colleges Guide and the America’s Best Graduate Schools Guide. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Speech Communication from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and has also studied at the John E. Dolibois European Center in Luxembourg.

Claire brings deep experience and broad leadership perspective to her coaching work with executives, and senior leaders. Focused on guiding individuals and organizations to achieve extraordinary results, her work centers on authentic leadership, personal branding and building stronger ‘EQ’ or Emotional Intelligence skills particularly at the executive level. An accomplished business executive, with over 20 years’ experience, Claire built a strong track record serving as a senior leader in complex operational businesses where she gained a reputation for delivering exceptional results. She brings functional experience in product marketing, supply chain, customer strategy and planning, and organization design and development. Claire has a business degree from The University of Greenwich, London. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management program at Harvard Business School and holds a diploma in Marketing from the UK Institute of Marketing. Claire is a certified coach from Columbia’s Executive Coach Program.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and business growth, she has a keen ability to uncover insights, provide clarity, and offer practical, solution-focused coaching. She has held leadership roles at CEB (now Gartner), Discovery, Inc. (now Warner Bros. Discovery), Gensler, and Noetic Consultants, designing coaching and training programs and facilitating organization and brand strategy sessions that drive business transformations across industries, including financial services, food & beverage, and higher education. Annette is a forward-thinking coach who integrates AI and her diverse industry experience to help clients maximize the value they create for themselves. Born in Japan, raised in the Washington, D.C. metro area, and now based in Ireland, she brings a global perspective to her work. She holds an MA in Communications from American University, a BA in English and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia, an International Coaching Federation credential, and certifications in Organizational Psychology & Behavior and Training Delivery & Evaluation.
