Evolve is a four-day immersion for executive coaches who are ready to do their own work. To surface the beliefs and patterns shaping how you coach and how you build your practice. To meet the challenges you face as a coach. And to leave with something most coaches rarely have: a clear, grounded plan for the year ahead that reflects who you actually are, what you’re ready to build, and what truly works.

What you can't see is shaping everything — your coaching, your clients, your practice. You’ll spend time surfacing the beliefs and behaviors running your coaching and see how they have shaped your practice. (Morning & Afternoon sessions)
SATURDAY
The Threshold
Growth happens at the boundary of what's comfortable. Today we go there as you design your next year with intention, starting with foundational questions and then translating those into concrete priorities and commitments. (Morning & Afternoon sessions)
SUNDAY
The Closing
Today we mark the transition, acknowledging what surfaced, and crossing back into your practice with integration. (Morning session)

What you’ll experience.
You’ll join Muriel at Palmaia -- a luxury wellness resort on the Caribbean Sea built on land that still holds remnants of ancient Mayan sacred sites. Each day will bring facilitated sessions led by Muriel with generous space in between for wellness activities, solo reflection, conversations, and rest. Live coaching will be woven throughout sessions as moments arise. Between sessions, participants are encouraged to take advantage of Palmaia's daily offerings: yoga, breathwork, meditation, rituals, spa, beach, and stillness. Here is the path we will take:

Muriel Wilkins

Plan to arrive at Palmaïa by 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 3. Our opening session begins that afternoon. The closing session ends by noon on Sunday, December 6, so you can book departing flights for late afternoon or evening.

Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Palmaïa is approximately 45 minutes south. You can arrange your own airport transfer or we can help connect you with transportation options.

No. This immersion is not an ICF course nor will we be granting CEU credits. You may inquire directly to ICF if you can submit your time for self study but we will not be providing support for anyone’s submission.

Each day includes unscheduled time for reflection, rest, spa, beach, or informal conversation with fellow coaches. The schedule is designed to give you space to integrate.

Absolutely — and many coaches will. The structure is designed specifically to create deep connection quickly. Most people will leave with a community that continues well beyond the immersion itself.

Yes. After you register, we will reach out and let you know who to contact at Palmaia to arrange for extra nights. As part of Evolve, you are extended a room which applies up to 3 days before and after the immersion dates (subject to availability).
