FAQs

  • Muriel will personally lead all sessions.

  • This is a fully live, virtual program. All group sessions happen in real time. Nothing is prerecorded.

  • Sessions will be held on Zoom. You’ll receive links and reminders prior to each session.

  • Yes, sessions will be recorded and shared with participants. You will have access to the recordings until June 26, 2026. This gives you ample time to revisit key insights or catch up if life gets in the way.

  • Plan for the weekly live session (or to watch the recording on your own time), plus as much reflection or application work between sessions as you choose. There will not be any heavy-lifting assignments. This program is designed to be impactful without being overwhelming.

  • No formal preparation is required. If you’ve read Leadership Unblocked or my HBR article (“The Hidden Beliefs That Hold Leaders Back”), that context will help — but it isn’t mandatory.

  • The book and article offer the ideas. This program offers integration. We’ll dig deeper into the material, and you’ll bring your real situations into the room, receive live coaching, examine hidden blockers as they show up, and build new leadership patterns with support.

  • Unlike a self-paced course, this is a real-time, interactive environment — you’re not learning alone. Unlike 1:1 coaching, the group adds diverse perspectives, shared insight, and a sense of community that accelerates growth.

  • This program is for aspiring, emerging, and established leaders — as well as coaches — who want a structured, supported way to work through the real challenges, dynamics, and decisions leaders face each day using an inside-out approach. It’s especially suited for people who want to coach themselves through sticky situations at work.

  • Those seeking therapy or skills-based training.

  • No. Familiarity with my work helps, but it’s not required.

  • A community platform will be available for participants while the program is in session, where you can ask questions, share reflections, and stay connected between sessions. You can engage with it as much or as little as you choose.

  • Participation in discussions is encouraged but definitely not mandatory. You will never be pressured to share beyond your comfort level. You don’t even have to be on camera if you prefer not to be. There will be no breakout room work.

  • The program is open to participants globally. All session times are listed in Eastern Time. If you cannot attend live, you can watch the recording and submit questions or situations via the community platform.

  • There are ways to continue engaging with the community and receiving support, which we will share at the end of the program.

  • Group Coaching Intensive: $1,500
